The Proverbial 4 or 5 bars. Yes these are quick icons, but what really is going on under the hood?  Signal Strength- sometimes called coverage - is the most basic requirement for a wireless network. As a general guideline, low signal strength means unreliable connections, and low data throughput. At Testament³ we dig deeper to understand your issues and don't use just generic passing icons to determine what is going on.

 Secondary Signal Strength is the second strongest RSSI on any given location on the map. This  helps to ensure smooth roaming for clients and quality of service for certain latency-sensitive applications, such as VoIP calls.  Having these in the correct places is key to a good system.

Did you know that Wi-Fi 7 is available? What does that mean?  - 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz, and 6Ghz with wider paths for all of them allowing for more data to travel faster!  More channels, more possibilities and more room for Error!  Signal-To-Noise Ratio indicates how much the signal strength is stronger than the noise (co-channel interference). Signal must be stronger than noise (SNR greater than zero) for data transfer to be possible. If the signal is only barely stronger than noise, you may encounter occasional connection drop-offs.  

 Channel interference indicates the number of access points overlapping at each location in a single channel.
